Nigel Stewart has been making traditional Somerset cider for 20 years using the best traditional varieties and methods. A wide variety of ciders are available from Bridge Farm and occasionally Perry.
Our award winning traditional farm house cider is available in dry, medium and sweet and is packaged in bottles from 750ml to 20Ltr bag in the box. A new range of single variety ciders has recently been introduced including the classic Kingston Black, a Brown’s Apple which is crisp and refreshing ideal for picnics, lunch time drinking and seafood and finally a Porters Perfection which is crisp and astringent, classic Somerset cider flavours. A mulled cider is available during the winter packed with warming spices.
For 6 years we have also been producing distinctive apple and pear juices. Using our own and other locally sourced fruit. The range now extends to ten juices many single varieties such as Egermont Russet (sweet), Cox, Jonagold and Discovery (medium), Brown’s and Bramley (crisp). The Cox & Bramley blend is a very popular juice. Other specialities include Cox & Rhubarb juice and Conference Pear juice.
